EXCHANGE:

30-Day Exchange Policy: Items can be exchanged within 45 days of delivery for a Dala gift card/ Credit Voucher equivalent to the
full purchase price, minus any engraving fees. The gift card has no expiration date and can be used towards any design available
on our site.

RETURN:

15-Day Return Policy: Eligible items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. To
maintain our sustainability commitment, we will unset the Dala lab-grown diamond(s) and recycle the metal. A $300 recycling fee
applies to engagement ring returns, and a $50 recycling fee applies to wedding bands and made-to-order fine jewelry returns.
However, this fee will be waived if you choose to exchange for a Dala gift card/ Credit voucher instead.

CONDITION:

Original Condition Required: Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, including packaging and all
accompanying documentation.

NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS:

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Modified or resized rings
• Misused items or items altered by a third party
• Custom-designed items
• Cut for YouTM diamonds, unless they are Round Brilliant, Oval, Emerald, Pear, Radiant, Cushion, Marquise, Trillion, Asscher,
Princess, or Elongated Cushion (≤ 5 carats)
• Cut for YouTM diamonds with modified ratios
• Personalized fine jewelry (e.g., Solitaire Bar Necklace, Solitaire Bar Pendant)
• Loose diamonds set in a third-party design
• Engraving and finishing fees
• Gift cards
• Loose diamonds, if more than 21 days have passed since delivery
• All shipping fees are non-refundable
JEWELRY EXCHANGE PROGRAM:
• Exchange Your Jewelry: You can exchange your old jewelry for a new piece of jewelry.
• Gold: 100% value of the metal weight at the prevailing metal rate.
• Diamond: 90% of the prevailing diamond value.
• Solitaire (above 50 carats): 80% of the prevailing diamond value.
• If the exchange value exceeds the original product value, the customer must pay the difference. If the exchange value is less than
the original, a credit note for the difference will be provided for future purchases.

JEWELRY BUYBACK PROGRAM:

• Buyback of Your Jewelry: You may choose to sell your old jewelry back to us.
• Gold: 95% value of the metal weight at the prevailing metal rate.
• Diamond: 85% of the prevailing diamond value.
• Solitaire (above 50 carats): 75% of the prevailing diamond value.
• Buyback values exclude wastage, making charges, and taxes.
ADDITIONAL TERMS:
• Coupons and Discounts: If any coupons, discounts, or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange or
buyback amount will be adjusted accordingly.
• Shipping for Exchange or Buyback: Products should be securely packed to avoid any damage during transit. If the product is
damaged due to improper packaging, the customer will be liable for the loss.
• Recertification Fees: If the original certificate is not provided during the return or exchange, the company will send the jewelry for
recertification, and any related costs will be borne by the customer.
• Missing Invoice: An additional 20% will be deducted from the exchange or buyback value if the original or a copy of the invoice is
not provided.
• Damaged or Altered Items: Items that show signs of alterations or resizing (not originally done by Dala Diamonds) or any visible
damage will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Note: Dala Diamonds reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time based on specific circumstances.
